In addition to providing a wide variety of rubber flooring options to our clients, we provide a three-year warranty on selected products and installations within the UAE. The warranty policy of our company demonstrates our full trust and confidence in the quality of our products and installations.

The warranty is for any EPDM flooring product that is defective in manufacture or installation issues that can affect the performance or appearance of such a flooring system within the duration covered by the warranty.

In case there is a problem covered by the warranty in the course of its validity, our technical team will evaluate and recommend the best way forward. These issues can include:

• Defects in the manufacture of the EPDM flooring material.
• Faults in installation due to poor craftsmanship.
• Early degradation of material when used normally.
• Adhesive failures due to the faulty installation of the flooring material.
• Unevenness on the surface as a result of installation.

All bookings and orders must be confirmed by EPDM Flooring. Once a project is confirmed, customers will be provided information related to prices, payment terms, and deadlines for service delivery.

The clients should make the payments according to the agreed terms. In cases where clients fail to honor the terms, their services can be delayed, suspended, or canceled. 

Modification of any aspects of the already confirmed projects can cause variations in costs and deadlines. Payments paid in advance towards confirmed projects cannot be refunded or transferred.

In order to remain covered under the warranty, consumers must adhere to the prescribed maintenance and care instructions set out by EPDM Flooring.

Careful cleaning and proper maintenance are required to sustain the performance and aesthetics of the flooring material. Damages and defects will not be covered under warranty if they occur due to:

• Incorrect use or mishandling of the EPDM products.
• Unexpected damage was found due to any mishap.
• Fires, floods, natural phenomena, and/or chemical reactions.
• Home or office furniture has random movement on the EPDM.
• Damage from sharp tools or heavy machinery.
• Installation by third-party floor fixing companies.
