Major Cancellations Terms

Customers can cancel an order before confirmation of material preparation, product customization, delivery and final installations. Pipelined orders require the scrutiny and approval of our management team before proceeding with cancellation.

Some orders, like customized flooring products with specific designs or sizes, are not eligible for refund or cannot be canceled. So, it’s good to clear your mind completely before placing these orders.

Refund Procedure

We ensure fairness and professionalism in all refund processes. EPDM Flooring acknowledges that in some circumstances, including:

  • Cancellation approval before the start of the process or shipment.
  • If a particular product is not available in stock.
  • Any fault found by the expert team at the time of dispatching.
  • Built-in or manufacturing fault detected or mentioned before our shipment team.

Quality Inspection and Process

If there is any issue regarding defective products and installations, customers can notify us of the issue within seven days of receiving the product so that we can proceed in a timely manner.
